The struggle for all Americans to receive the rights and freedoms guaranteed in our nation’s Founding Documents is well documented in the National Archives’ records. In October 2020, the National Archives Foundation launched its Rights and Justice Fund to provide resources for research, public programs, exhibitions, and educational materials focused on the stories of African Americans and people of color, as found in the records of the National Archives.
