Fatma Fadlelmola joined the National Archives Foundation as the Database and Operations Associate in January 2025. She is responsible for maintaining database gift entry and organization, as well as assisting with office operations.
Before joining the Foundation, Fatma worked at the University of Maryland as a Data Manager and Student Event Coordinator, where she facilitated academic data challenges, curated datasets, and managed participant records.
Born and raised in Maryland, Fatma recently graduated with honors from the University of Maryland, earning a Bachelor of Science in Information Science. An amateur figure skater, she enjoys spending time on the ice with her husband, Osman, as well as hiking, swimming, and other outdoor activities.
