What is a matching gift?

Employer matching gifts help further the impact made by employee contributions. Many employers sponsor matching gift programs and will match any charitable contributions or volunteer hours made by their employees, retirees, and/or employees’ spouses. My employer wasn’t listed. Can I still have my donation matched?

If your company does not have a workplace giving program or if the National Archives Foundation is not one of the listed charities, please let us know and we will gladly contact them on your behalf. Contact us at [email protected].
