History, Heroes, & Treasures: Sleepover at the National Archives
February 1, 2025 @ 6:30 pm – February 2, 2025 @ 9:00 am
A night of adventure awaits at the National Archives! Join us for a space-themed sleepover at the National Archives Museum in Washington, D.C., and spend the night next to America’s most precious treasures, our founding documents. Campers will also meet the Archivist of the United States, Dr. Colleen Shogan.
The evening will be packed with fun and engaging activities for the entire family. Dive into our nation’s treasured records and learn about how space and science have changed the course of American history. The program will end on Sunday morning with a pancake breakfast served by the Archivist of the United States!
Ages: children 8-12 years old; chaperones must be 21 years or older. All participants (both children and adult chaperones) in your party require a ticket to participate.
