Named in honor of Cokie Roberts, the late American journalist and author, the Cokie Roberts Research Fund for Women’s History supports annual fellows who perform and publish new research that elevates women’s stories—using the records held by the National Archives—for the general public. Just as Roberts’ prose and spirited discussions brought moments in history to new audiences, this Fund encourages the next generation of journalists and authors to perpetuate her legacy.
