Caption Contest Rules

The National Archives Foundation will hold this caption content twice a month as part of our Archives At Home newsletter series. Following rules apply to each contest.

Contestants can enter two ways:

• 1) Enter via the Archives at Home contest form with all required fields and include a 250 characters or less caption for the featured Archives photograph OR
• 2) Enter via Twitter by tagging @archivesfdn with a caption in 250 characters or less.

Winners will receive one (1) gift from the National Archives Store, to be determined by the Foundation, at its sole discretion. Contest is open for seven (7) days, after which the Foundation will announce the winner. Foundation has the right to disqualify and remove any entries they deem, at their sole discretion, inappropriate. All entries must be family-friendly and appropriate for audiences of all ages.
